We are seeking a Credit Collector Italy for a leading global fashion and luxury goods group that designs, produces, distributes, and retails fashion and lifestyle products.
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily customer account statements within your area of responsibility.
* Recover credits through phone calls and emails.
* Monitor credit levels and manage repayment plans with clients.
* Record payments received.
* Coordinate with credit insurance providers to analyze credit limits.
* Manage customer data regarding payment conditions.
* Assist Credit Manager with dispute resolution and credit write-offs.
* Support handling issues related to overdue accounts, complaints, returns, and customer debts.
* Collaborate with Customer Service to block/unblock sales orders and shipments.
Qualifications:
* Diploma or Degree in Economics or related fields.
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in structured companies.
* Good command of English, both written and spoken, is appreciated.
* Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Excel are preferred.
* Accuracy, deadline management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are required.
