PpAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Application Specialist to join our team! /p pYou will be responsible for gathering and understanding the requirements of our stakeholders within our supply chain and remanufacturing business and translating these requirements into IT solutions for the European components business. /p pWorking closely with various teams within our business, this role will involve the proposal, coordination, implementation and maintenance of supply chain and remanufacturing business solutions and applications, ensuring that they meet our IT business needs. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in processes within a supply chain and remanufacturing business or consultancy and enjoys translating, configuring and implementing these business needs into an ERP system. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liUnderstanding and analyzing business requirements relating to supply chain and re manufacturing process changes and initiatives within our enterprise application function /li liTranslating business needs into functional specifications and collaborating with development and integration teams to deliver appropriate IT solutions /li liMapping and evaluating current business processes and IT systems, identifying areas for optimization, automation and standardization /li liSupporting the design, configuration, and maintenance of applications to supplement production, warehouse, purchasing and intercompany flows /li liParticipating in system testing, validation and user acceptance phases to ensure solution quality and business alignment /li liActing as key point of contact for supply chain and remanufacturing application topics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Skills and Experience Needed /h3 ul liEducated to degree level in engineering or information systems, or has equivalent professional experience /li li5+ years of experience in IT business analysis or application support within manufacturing, remanufacturing or distribution environments /li liExperience working within international or multi-site organizations is desirable /li liStrong understanding of supply chain and remanufacturing processes such as production planning, warehouse management, intercompany logistics, and bill of material/routing management /li liProven experience in business process analysis and in working with external vendors and internal teams to implement process changes /li liGood knowledge of system integrations, data flows and reporting tools /li liExperience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics /li liStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills /li liAbility to coordinate multiple projects with stakeholders located across different teams and countries /li liFluent in both written and spoken English. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liCompetitive basic salary /li liOpportunities to grow and develop yourself /li liRoom for initiatives and entrepreneurship /li liA hybrid working environment, involving home working and European travel /li /ul pThis job posting is open to all genders, in accordance with Laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to individuals of all ages and nationalities, in compliance with Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
