The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Genoa, Italy. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liCoordinate project team allocating responsibilities and deliverables with respect to company processes and project scope of work; /li liDefine and gain approval for business requirements, process modeling deliverables, project plans and charters; /li liPerform the project scope of work in accordance with contractual KPIs; /li liManage the Client as focal point for any technical and administrative project issues; /li liReview and estimate project cost (including spare parts, labor and third parties) and project timing based on scope and complexity of the project; /li liControl and manage project PL in terms of budget costs, revenues, margin and invoices; /li liSupport commercial department in assessing and delivering new commercial initiatives/variation orders; /li liSupport procurement in working with subcontractors to obtain proposals for project work; /li liManage subcontractors’ performance in accordance with contractual SLA (Service Level Agreements); /li liTrack, develop and create release calendar for project implementation; /li liTrack each project schedule and create a project plan. /li /ul h3Required Skills/Knowledge /h3 ul liSolid experience in Project Management in a medium/complex multinational organization; /li liProven experience in Project Management environment with managerial role; /li liOutstanding organizational and leadership abilities; /li liStrong Clients relationship attitude and skill set; /li liAbility to keep track of and report on activity; /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; /li liFlexibility in travels within the country; /li liUnderstand and comply with all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) programs and procedures; /li liExcellent client‑facing and internal communication skills; /li liProject Management Professional (PMP or IPMA) certification is a plus; /li liDemonstrate the ability to develop strong, constructive and focused relationships with internal and external stakeholders; /li liAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; /li liA high level of competence with Microsoft Office, excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills. /li /ul h3Desired Skills/Knowledge /h3 ul liGood knowledge and technical background in rolling stock; /li liExperience in planning maintenance operations; /li liSolid understanding of technical aspects in railway environment and technology; /li liContract management skill set. /li /ul h3Education/Qualifications /h3 pMaster’s Degree in Engineering or Technical matters. /p h3Languages /h3 pGood knowledge and ability in understanding, writing and speaking English language.
