MissionsReporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales and strengthening the company's presence across the Italian market. You will manage both business development and key account relationships within the wine sector.Your main responsibilities include:Conducting market research and identifying key accounts across ItalySupporting the preparation and execution of the annual sales budgetVisiting customers regularly and organizing visits to company sites when requiredPromoting the company's brands and representing the business at industry eventsDeveloping direct sales with wineries, preparing offers and negotiating agreementsManaging customer samples logistics and follow-upDriving overall sales development within your territory
Profile
Education & ExperienceHigher education in viticultural engineering, oenology, management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the wine industry
Skills & KnowledgeStrong commercial and negotiation skillsGood knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage customer relationships independently and develop new businessStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsAbility to handle conflicts and work in a dynamic environmentLeadership potential or initial team management experience is a plus
