This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale the marketing operations function within a fast-growing, global organization. You will own the marketing technology stack, data strategy, and GTM processes that power demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue attribution. Your work will directly influence marketing efficiency, campaign performance, and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance, you will implement scalable workflows, optimize automation, and ensure clean, actionable data across systems. This position requires a hands‑on, analytical, and strategic leader who thrives in a dynamic, remote‑first environment and enjoys building processes that drive measurable business impact.
Accountabilities
* Own and optimize the marketing technology strategy, including tools for automation, analytics, ABM, intent, enrichment, and experimentation.
* Manage and continuously enhance HubSpot and other GTM systems, ensuring clean data flows and reliable integration.
* Design, implement, and improve automation workflows to support inbound demand generation and outbound sales motions.
* Define and manage lead lifecycle processes, including scoring, routing, nurturing, and recycling of leads.
* Partner with Sales to prioritize intent‑qualified and enriched accounts across outbound, inbound, and ABM strategies.
* Build and maintain reporting dashboards for campaign performance, channel effectiveness, funnel conversion, and marketing‑influenced pipeline.
* Ensure marketing data governance, quality, and consistency across systems, establishing standards for data hygiene and compliance.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related role.
* 3+ years designing and optimizing B2B GTM processes and workflows.
* Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot, including advanced features, workflows, segmentation, and reporting; HubSpot certifications are a plus.
* Experience with intent data, enrichment tools, attribution models, and funnel analytics.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience building KPIs, dashboards, and performance models.
* Proven project management skills and experience managing complex MarTech stacks and vendor relationships.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
