Ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManages certification projects for devices in Electrical Distribution segment (e.g., Switches, Transformers, Power Distribution Panels, etc.). /li liDetermines project specifications such as scope, cost, time, sample requirements, technical documentation etc., by analyzing client input, available data and product construction. /li liPreparing datasheets and instructions, scheduling and reviewing work of Laboratory Technicians and establishing completion dates. /li liCommunicates with clients to discuss technical issues, completion date etc., and explains UL procedures and requirements. Projects may include travel to conduct or witness tests at client sites. /li liProvides technical assistance to clients in reference to product evaluations, inspection, plans review and follow-up services. /li liEstablishes appropriate test programs by reviewing files and manufacturer's information, examining samples, and applying UL requirements. /li liDevelops test requirements for products beyond the scope of existing standards, or those involving unique features requiring frequent use of independent judgment. /li liDetermines areas in which the product may not be in compliance with the applicable Standard based requirements. /li liPlans, conducts and supervises code and regulatory related projects of major magnitude and scope. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
