We are looking for a motivated and results‐oriented Buyer to join our Customer Service (CS) team. The role will focus on strengthening purchasing activities and managing spare parts in a dynamic and fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct supplier scouting and market research to identify qualified partners and new opportunities.
* Manage orders in accordance with company purchasing procedures.
* Draft and review contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
* Monitor the progress of assigned projects, ensuring timelines are met.
* Work closely with the Legal Department in the preparation of contracts for tenders and services.
* Prepare detailed analyses and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
* Provide regular reports on purchasing activities and project status.
Required Qualifications
Essential
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
* Excellent command of the English language.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and quality orientation.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Availability for national and international travel.
* Direct experience in spare parts sales or management, with strong customer orientation.
Desired
* Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
* Previous experience in a modern industrial environment, even at entry level.
* Basic knowledge of project management and/or purchasing functions.
