Overview
The role of a Business Development Manager involves spearheading the expansion of our business by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth through innovative strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and leveraging industry expertise to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential new business opportunities.
* Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Develop and execute comprehensive business plans, including detailed proposals and quotations, to secure new deals.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and build brand awareness.
Qualifications
* 15-20 years of seniority / work experience in a similar role, preferably within the plastic injection molding sector.
* Technical background / Engineering degree with a clear understanding of Tier 2 processes in the Automotive Industry.
* Strong knowledge of plastic technology and its applications.
* Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international Matrix Organization.
