Role Description:
The successful candidate will join Dolce&Gabbana Beauty Divions, in particular DG Beauty Global Controlling Team, working closely with HQ functions and regional organizations. The role focuses on business controlling activities, including budgeting and forecasting by region, channel and product profitability analysis, and overall business performance reporting.
The Global Margin Controlling Manager is accountable for defining and delivering target margins across Beauty projects, ensuring the execution of all required activities to meet the Strategic Plan and Budget objectives by governing the key levers (net revenues, pricing, commercial conditions, channel mix, axis mix and market mix).
Main Activities:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, monthly review and mid-term planning processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables and producing detailed analyses and reports
Support regional top management with high-impact presentations and dashboards on key projects and business priorities
Oversee net revenues, margin and profitability analyses by product, line, channel, axis and region, translating insights into actionable recommendations
Define target margins and calculate ROI by initiative through robust economic and financial modelling
Monitor business performance on a regular basis, performing variance analyses and identifying key drivers and risks/opportunities
Deliver monthly results and closing reports, as well as quarterly and annual financial packages, in collaboration with regional teams and Global Finance
Develop and continuously improve reporting across business dimensions and the related systems and tools
Requirement
Master's degree in Engineering, Finance or a related field;
5+ years of experience in controlling/FP&A; prior experience in a Fashion/Luxury company is a plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and BI tools (ideally Power BI and Anaplan).

Compensation:
The compensation will be defined within a range between €50K and €65K, based on experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria aligned with the organization, such as:
(i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors;
(ii) technical and specialized skills relevant to the role;
(iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility;
(iv) job classification under the applicable collective bargaining agreement;
(v) alignment with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
