Job Description
As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers visiting the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, surpass sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.
Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Assist customers throughout the sales process, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met; provide alternatives and maximize sales through digital channels, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Visual Merchandising: Maintain sales standards, ensure cleanliness, and verify stock levels to ensure a full range of sizes is available.
Requirements
* Retail experience preferred;
* Excellent communication and customer management skills;
* Teamwork predisposition and attention to detail.
