Ph3About the role /h3 pWe are looking for an HR Generalist to join our local People Team, based in Milan. /p pYou will report directly to the local HR Business Partner where you’ll have a specific focus on People Administration and Operations and you’ll partner with our central CoEs. /p h3What you’ll be doing : /h3 ul liTaking full ownership for the administration for the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding, performance management, development and coaching through to promotions and exits - this is an administrative role with high impact /li liPreparing employment offer letters, contracts, letters of promotion and compensation changes in line with the National Labor Contract applied /li liOverseeing the correct flux of information within Workday (our HR system) related to the employees (hirings leavings, contract, role and compensation changes, etc) /li liMonitoring the correct management of the overtimes and absences accordingly to the National Labor Contract and supporting the employees in the management of their monthly timesheet, and collecting the monthly variations to insert in the payslips and check that all of them are adequately reflected in the payslip drafts /li liMonitoring the monthly deadlines related to employees administration /li liConstantly collaborate with our CoEs based in our UK Headquarters such as the payroll team, central people operations team, compben team /li liSupporting employees when they raise questions or needs in the admin and payroll areas through ServiceNow /li liProvides support for all transactions related to special payments and salary changes /li liProcess reports with regards to employees’ headcount and administration /li liSupporting with the development of the operating model for Hop People Operations in Italy /li liProviding day-to-day support and direction on all People topics to the local Teams /li liPartnering with site management to proactively identify capability gaps and implement / deliver solutions /li liPartnering with site management to proactively identify engagement gaps and implement solutions to address (taking data from Engagement survey tool and general employee listening) /li liProactively partnering with site management on workforce planning, ensuring our recruitment team are aware of demand and all sites are staffed appropriately /li liPartnering with external providers of HR services - when needed (external agencies and providers) /li liProactively partnering with site management to identify talent and development opportunities across HOP site based teams /li liOverseeing HOP’s performance review, promotion and compensation review processes, ensuring consistency across site based teams /li liEnsure compliance to all relevant labour laws /li liPartner with HQ People team to ensure site employees views are represented and central Deliveroo wide processes being developed are fit for purpose for site based team /li liOperational support on LD, recruitment, procurement (for HR related matters) and local people initiatives /li /ul h3Requirements : /h3 ul liYou have gained a minimum 2 years’ previous experience in the People administration and Operations areas /li liKnowledge of the Italian Labour law and of the CCNL Commercio /li liKnowledge of Workday HRIS and ServiceNow is a significant plus /li liYou’re a precise professional, punctual in carrying out the activities, flexible and with a spirit of adaptation in a dynamic reality /li liYou have an ability to work in a team and to relate to any level of the company /li liFluent in English is required as you’ll also deal with the central People team based in London /li liSignificant experience in start-ups, retail / distribution or manufacturing environment /li liTakes initiative, acts with confidence and works under their own direction; is able to manage energy effectively and consistently deliver under predictable and high-pressure situations alike /li liFriendly and approachable communication style /li liConfident to operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and handle multiple priorities /li /ul pPlease click to view our candidate privacy policy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
