About the Role
We are seeking a Motion & Control Robotics Engineer to join a robotics motion team focused on enabling precise locomotion, manipulation, and coordinated movement in humanoid robotic platforms.
This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for candidates with strong expertise in robotics, motion planning, control systems, and real-world hardware integration.
Key Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)
To be considered, candidates must meet all of the following:
* At least 2 years of professional experience programming in Python
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with ROS2
* At least 2 years of experience in robot motion planning and control systems
Candidates who do not meet these minimum requirements are unlikely to be considered.
Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and optimize motion planning and control algorithms for robotic locomotion and manipulation
* Collaborate with software, AI, and hardware teams to integrate motion systems into complex robotic platforms
* Develop perception-to-manipulation pipelines and control solutions for coordinated movement
* Apply advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning or optimization methods to improve motion and real-time decision making
* Test, debug, and validate robotic systems in simulation and on physical hardware
* Research and evaluate emerging robotics technologies and algorithms
Additional Requirements
* Masters degree in Robotics Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or a related field
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
* Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows
* Fluent English communication skills
Nice to Have
* Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
* Experience with simulation tools such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim
