About Aethos Monterosa In the middle of the Aosta Valley below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers lies Aethos Monterosa. Job Overview Aethos Monterosa is seeking a Junior Finance & Administration Assistant to support supplier communications, inventory monitoring, and general administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of a luxury hotel environment.


Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

1. Purchasing & Warehouse Management
2. Monitor stock levels for F&B (bar and restaurant), housekeeping supplies, and guest amenities
3. Manage delivery schedules and verify incoming goods
4. Perform monthly inventory counts and prepare variance reports

Finance Office Support
5. Process purchase invoices and import sales invoices

Treasury Operations:
6. Daily counting of hotel and F&B revenues (cash, electronic payments, reconciliations)
7. Review open items and prepare cash flow reports
8. Daily review of cash inflows and payments
9. Daily verification of F&B charges


Core Competencies

10. Previous experience in hospitality accounting preferred (minimum 1 year)
11. Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and problem-solving mindset
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with purchasing and ERP systems; knowledge of Italian VAT regulations
13. Accounting diploma or equivalent qualification
14. English written and spoken
