Help troubleshoot assembly and system-level issues, learning how to conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collect and organize test data, contributing to reports and recommendations for design improvements. Collaborate with design and material science teams to ensure compatibility and performance of integrated systems. Observe and learn new assembly techniques and tools, including precision alignment equipment. Assist with vendor and supplier interactions for sourcing specialized components and assembly fixtures. Contribute to internal documentation for assembly procedures, test protocols, and system validation reports. Works closely with team members and learns from experienced engineers in a supportive environment.
