Ph3bCompany Overview /b /h3 pbSpace Industries /b is an innovative and fast-growing company specializing in the design, development, and integration of advanced solutions for micro, small, and nano satellites.br/With a strong focus on technological excellence and mission success, Space Industries supports complex space programs by providing end-to-end system capabilities — from design and manufacturing to integration, testing, and operations. /p pbPosition Overview /b /p pAs a bSatellite /b bSystem Engineer /b at Space Industries, you will play a pivotal role in the bdesign, integration, and validation /b of satellite systems and subsystems.br/You will work across the full lifecycle of space missions — from concept design and requirements definition to verification, testing, and delivery — ensuring that all system-level interfaces and performances meet program objectives and ECSS standards. /p pThis position requires strong engineering expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a high-technology aerospace environment. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul libSystem Design Requirements Management: /bbr/Define, analyze, and maintain system and subsystem requirements in compliance with mission objectives and customer specifications. /li libSystem Architecture Integration: /bbr/Develop and maintain system-level architectures, ensuring coherent integration of payloads, platforms, and ground segments. /li libTechnical Coordination: /bbr/Interface with subsystem leads (mechanical, electrical, software, thermal, AOCS, power) to guarantee consistency and performance across all disciplines. /li libVerification Validation (VV): /bbr/Define verification plans, manage test campaigns, and ensure traceability of requirements according to ECSS and internal standards. /li libInterface Control Documentation: /bbr/Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs), test procedures, and system-level specifications to ensure full traceability and compliance. /li libModeling Simulation: /bbr/Support system analyses (performance budgets, mass, power, and thermal models) and validate mission scenarios using simulation tools. /li libReviews Configuration Control: /bbr/Participate in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, QR, AR), ensuring technical compliance, and maintain system configuration under control. /li libRisk Performance Assessment: /bbr/Identify technical risks, propose mitigation actions, and monitor performance margins throughout the development cycle. /li libCross-Functional Collaboration: /bbr/Work closely with Program Management, Quality Assurance, and AIT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of mission hardware. /li /ul ul libEducation: /b Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. /li libExperience: /b Minimum b5 years of experience /b in system engineering or satellite mission design, preferably in aerospace or defense sectors. /li liStrong knowledge of bspace systems engineering processes /b, including requirements flow-down, verification, and validation. /li liFamiliarity with bECSS standards /b, space project documentation, and mission lifecycle. /li liProficiency in systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB, Simulink). /li liExperience with system modeling, budgeting (mass, power, thermal), and performance analysis. /li liExcellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken). /li liDriving license: category B. /li /ul h3bPreferred Qualifications /b /h3 ul liExperience in bSmall Satellite /b or bNewSpace /b programs. /li liFamiliarity with ESA/ASI project workflows and documentation. /li liKnowledge of cleanroom operations and environmental testing (TVAC, vibration, EMC). /li liSystems engineering certification (INCOSE or equivalent). /li liPrevious experience in bmission analysis /b or bpayload integration /b. /li /ul h3bWhat We Offer /b /h3 ul li40-hour work week, Monday to Friday. /li liA dynamic and innovative work environment in the aerospace sector. /li liOpportunities for professional growth and technical leadership. /li libMetalmeccanico (CCNL) /b contract with compensation based on experience and skills. /li /ul h3bWhy Join Us /b /h3 ul liBe part of a fast-growing company shaping the future of satellite technology. /li liWork on challenging and innovative projects with international impact. /li liJoin a multidisciplinary team driven by passion, collaboration, and excellence. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
