Trainee Recruiter – English Speaking Apprenticeship

We're looking for motivated individuals with strong English skills to join our team in Naples on an apprentice scheme as a trainee Recruiter. You'll take part in a structured 12-month training programme through the Eligo Academy, followed by a 3-year apprenticeship as a Senior Delivery Consultant.
This is a long-term opportunity to develop professional skills, earn while you learn, and build a successful career in recruitment — no prior experience required.

What you'll do as a trainee recruiter:
- Write and post job adverts to attract candidates
- Source and contact candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Speak with candidates daily to understand their skills and ambitions
- Support senior consultants in managing interviews and placements
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM
- Research companies and market trends within your specialist sector
What we're looking for:
- Currently residing in the Naples area, with strong English speaking skills
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- A degree in work or organisational psychology (or a similar people-focused discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Motivated by goals and driven to succeed
- A team player with a genuine interest in people and business
