Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing the strategy for the TLP category (Technical Lifestyle Products: strollers and highchairs) at a local level, focusing on trade marketing activations, fairs, and events to increase brand and product awareness.
* Ensure consistent communication of the brand message across all marketing materials, campaigns, activities, and new product launches.
* Coordinate visual merchandising activities in stores, including improving existing exhibitions with Point-Of-Sales materials or creating new ones.
* Support the organization of events, webinars, and communication with retailers, providing necessary materials and resources.
* Set standards for events and fairs (B2B & B2C) regarding brand appearance and messaging, supporting the local sales team during execution.
* Visit retailers’ stores occasionally to strengthen partnerships, ensure exceptional product displays, and define communication activities to promote the brand and support sales.
* Assist with document preparation and translation of factsheets and brochures.
* Update guidelines and toolbox for sales representatives.
* Maintain direct contact with suppliers.
* Perform additional tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility.
Qualifications:
* Student or graduate, preferably with a background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, or similar.
* Native Italian speaker with fluent verbal and written English skills.
* Willing to travel up to 15% within Italy.
