For the next season, we are looking for a Gym Attendant to join our Splendido Mare team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.
He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Main duties responsibilities: Welcome guests and gym members with courtesy and professionalism.
Assist users in the correct use of equipment and provide basic instructions, if required.
Maintain constant order and cleanliness in the equipment room and common areas.
Ensure all equipment is in perfect condition and promptly report any malfunctions.
Manage bookings for classes or personal trainers, if provided by the facility.
Guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene regulations within the gym.
Provide clean towels and general assistance to users.
Requirements Excellent relational and communication skills.
Service-oriented and attention to detail.
Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Precision, reliability, and proactivity.
Basic knowledge of main gym equipment.
Previous experience in the hotel sector or gyms will be considered a preferential qualification.
