For the next season, we are looking for a
Maitre
to join our team.
Main duties & responsibilities
Anticipate guests' needs and handle complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest experience in line with our service standards.
Cooperate with the Restaurant Manager for staff development.
Manage staff in everyday operations according to our standards and procedures.
Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in the same role in the luxury hotel industry.
Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is desirable.
Experience preferably at an international level in a fine dining restaurant.
Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines, HACCP certification.

Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo – Level 3, Maitre.
Start date: March **** to End date: January ****, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido Mare and a career path.
Monthly gross salary €2,500 + separate payslip for 13th, 14th and TFR.
Welfare incentive based on quality goals.
Accommodation in double room in the staff house including breakfast.
