* To lead the Customer Service team and organize all activities needed;
* To maintain a strong network with all internal and external stakeholders;
* Ensure a correct handling on all sales administration processes (sales quotes, sales orders, tender files, invoicing)
* Give support to the supporting and technical teams in case necessary;
* Maintain, follow-up and approve special customer requests and give support to audit teams (internal and external);
* To work in close cooperation with Sales Excellence Manager for all pricing related topics;
* To ensure a consistent utilization of the CRM tool.
Competenze ed esperienza
* Business degree and at least 4 years of relevant B2B experience;
* Good knowledge of English (B2/C1);
* Good knowledge of ERP and CRM.
