Your deep understanding of business processes, clinical workflows, and billing requirements in Italy will be instrumental in guiding customers toward the best-fit implementation while minimizing custom development. /p pYou will become an expert product resource, working closely with clients to optimize their use of InterSystems technology. From process analysis to system integration, your role is critical in ensuring a seamless transition for healthcare organizations. Staying up to date with the latest product developments will be a key part of your success. /p pThe role requires availability to travel frequently to customer sites. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ol liLead application implementation efforts, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time /li liAdvise customers on best practices, maximizing the benefits of InterSystems solutions while minimizing custom work /li liSupport healthcare professionals and stakeholders, guiding them through system integration and optimization /li liConduct trainings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring users adopt and maximize the technology /li liMonitor billing workflows, ensuring compliance with public and private hospital regulations in Italy /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to solve implementation challenges and drive efficiency /li liMaintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term success with InterSystems products /li /ol h3What You Bring /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills, including experience in training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement /li liConsultative mindset, able to articulate ideas and advise clients effectively /li li3+ years of experience working in healthcare, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows /li liExpertise in billing rules and financial processes within Italy’s public and private healthcare systems /li liBackground in IT services, with experience in software implementation and customer-facing roles /li liProficiency in Italian, good level of English /li liStrong business process mapping and functional documentation skills /li liPrevious experience as an Application Analyst or Configuration Specialist, or in change management roles /li liExperience conducting software testing and system validation /li liA university degree in Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines /li /ul h3What's In It For You? /h3 ul liAt InterSystems, you’ll be part of a culture of excellence, where your skills and contributions directly impact healthcare innovation.
