Substitute Educator for Summer Period
Candidate sought for a substitute educator position within a residential community aimed at providing support to families with children in vulnerable social situations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting mothers and their children in managing daily life, including accompanying them to medical visits, institutional meetings, and social activities. They will also provide educational support within the community, particularly in managing dynamics between cohabiting mothers.
Missions and Responsibilities:
* Social Support: Assist mothers and their children in managing daily life, including accompaniment to medical visits, institutional meetings, and social activities.
* Educational Support: Provide educational support within the community, focusing on dynamics between cohabiting mothers.
* Personal Development: Support personal development of residents through promoting autonomy in daily life activities.
Requirements:
* Degree: Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences (L-19 or SNT), Psychology, or Technical Rehabilitation Psychiatry.
* Work Experience: Previous experience in educational work with mother-child nuclei or similar contexts.
* Operational Autonomy: Autonomous operation and good relational skills are essential.
Work Schedule:
* Two periods: June 17th - July 31st and August 1st - September 15th.
* Weekly working hours: 20 hours/week during the first period and 15 hours/week with peaks in central August weeks during the second period.
* Mainly afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday.
* No night shifts, Sundays, or holidays.
Contract Type: Contract in supply, level to be agreed based on experience according to the CCNL Cooperative Sociali agreement.
