We deliver across the medical spectrum from primary care and occupationalBeschaffung to advanced pre-hospital trauma care, through to full-scale laboratory, radiological, diagnostic and surgical capabilities.Duties and responsibilitiesThe Dental Assistant is responsible for supporting the Dentist in the delivery of a high standard of basic, emergency, and preventative dental care.
Prepare the patient and assist the Dentist in all clinical procedures and examinations in a timely accurate and safe mannerFollow best practices to maintain patient confidentiality ensuring that all medical records are properly kept and maintainedWill decontaminate and sterilize dental equipment as required in line with the relevant SOP and maintain strict infection control standardsPrepares the consultation rooms, ensuring the rooms are clean, stocked and always ready to accept a patientEnsures best practice in line with clinical guidelines and SOPsfrm maintain best practice standards of hygiene and cross-infection control, according to the latest clinical guidelines and policyMonitors stock level for material and consumables and liaise with the responsible person on ordering
