What does the role involve?
1. 18 months as Account Manager or HS Representative. You’ll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software.
2. 9 months as Field Engineer. You will be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers. This involves educating critical influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of Hilti products and, to securing their specification in the designs.
3. 3 months on a regional strategic project on Engineering Marketing, Engineering Competence Center or PMO. This will give you an international perspective of our company.

After 30 months on the programme and feedback on your journey, you will be ready for a team leader or specialist role within our Engineering Department or PMO
What you need is:

9. You hold a master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical o Building)
10. You are fluent in English and in Italian
11. You have spent maximum 2 years in a professional environment
12. You are flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others.
13. You are mobile: ready to move to another city and start your career
14. You have a driving license
