Experteer OverviewIn this role you will align tablet and granule production with resource availability, manage short‐term planning and schedule performance, and drive improvements to meet demand. You will work within Bayer's Pharmaceuticals context at the Garbagnate Milanese site, ensuring GMP/GXP compliance while optimizing supply chain operations. You will use OMP, SAP ERP and other digital tools to support decision‐making and maintain production flow. Your work has a direct impact on manufacturing efficiency, schedule reliability and product release readiness. This is a hands‐on planning role that combines compliance, planning excellence and cross‐functional collaboration.Retribuzione / BenefitsEnsure compliance with GMP, ISO 14001/9001, OHSAS 18001 and internal regulationsPlan and monitor short‐term bulk production using OMP, SAP ERP and other tools to meet finished product demandAlign short‐term bulk plan with resource availability and production timesOversee production execution, monitor plan vs. actuals (volume, shifts, downtime)Lead exception management, bottleneck and risk management with internal stakeholdersManage dependent demand for Garbagnate semi‐finished products within four monthsSupport decision‐making through planned scenario analysis and change managementAssist master data maintenance, lead times, change‐overs, and quality release processesPrepare weekly planning meetings with Production and QualitySupport release planning for finished product and bulk sales to Bayer affiliatesDrive KPI review and continuous improvement initiativesResponsabilitàUniversity degree in relevant field or equivalent experience5+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement or quality in life sciences or FMCGFamiliarity with production processes and their supply chain roleUnderstanding of GMP/GXP regulatory requirementsProven ability to deliver results in a complex environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with cross‐functional teamwork in supply chainAnalytical mindset with focus on excellence and improvementExperience using supply chain planning software (preferably OMP)English proficiency (preferred)
