**Role Context and Mission**
The Global IT Specialist Social Media and Experiential will be part of the Global IT Marketing CoE and will contribute to enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement through innovative technology solutions. We aim to be the most respected IT organization within our industry, consistently delivering IT service excellence and fostering strong business partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a technology product portfolio for social media and experiential toolsets that meet the needs of the marketing business objectives.
- Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to create a multi-year plan for delivering IT-supported business capabilities.
- Take ownership of the social media and experiential marketing IT landscape and architecture.
- Develop and evangelize best-in-class examples of social media and experiential marketing solutions, highlighting their business value.
- Maintain a high standard of delivery for social media and experiential marketing projects, ensuring risks, issues, dependencies, and project status are communicated to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement innovative digital technologies to enhance social media and experiential marketing efforts.
- Work autonomously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
**Key Activities**:
- Partner with the marketing organization to develop and implement social media and experiential marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain a technology portfolio for digital engagement with consumers and influencers.
- Develop a roadmap for social media and experiential marketing technology alongside the Global IT manager that is aligned with strategic priorities and business benefits.
- Help forge strong vendor relationships and global contracts related to social media and experiential marketing toolsets.
- Develop best practices for social media and experiential marketing solutions to maximize business value and deliver exceptional consumer engagement experiences.
**Experience & Education**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and experiential marketing, with a focus on digital trends and technologies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and experiential marketing strategies.
- Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with consumer journey mapping and design thinking methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
