The company is a long-standing partner of European space institutions, delivering solutions that ensure service continuity, monitoring, and quality for critical space operations. We are looking for a motivated IT Service Management Support Engineer with 2–3+ years of experience in operational IT or service management, solid knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools, eager to grow within a structured, international, and hands‑on environment. For this role, relocation to Rome is mandatory for candidates living far from the area. A B2 level of English is required due to daily interactions with ESA teams and international stakeholders. /p h3YOUR TASKS /h3 ul libConfiguration Management /b – Maintain and update service baselines, infrastructure, and documentation. Track configuration items after changes and support audits for consistency. Identify deviations from standards and report anomalies. /li libIncident Problem Management /b – Log, classify, and track incidents; ensure timely resolution within SLAs. Communicate status and expedite critical issues. Assist in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements. Maintain knowledge base and known error records. /li libDocumentation Reporting /b – Prepare operational reports on incidents, SLA performance, problems, and trends.
