Recruiter & HR Administration - San Donà di Piave (VE)
Openjobmetis SpA is an Italian employment agency with over 20 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, relocation and training. The role is based at the San Donà di Piave (VE) branch.
Full‑time availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Job analysis and gathering of information needed to draft the professional profile (responsibilities, activities, skills and soft competencies).
- Drafting and publishing job advertisements using digital tools.
- Active search for candidates.
- Screening CVs and conducting the first telephone interview to verify interest, availability and fit with the desired profile/role.
- Managing selection interviews (assessment centre, group and individual interviews).
- Administrative personnel activities: collecting documents, managing hiring procedures and handling temporary staff (sickness, leave, attendance).
Requirements
- Degree in humanities, psychology or related fields.
- Passion for Human Resources.
- Preferable previous experience in an APL with a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Digital HR.
- Excellent knowledge of Office, especially Excel.
