Duties Maintain suspense files, regulations, directives, inventory control files, and post changes as required. Assist in compiling correspondence, reports, forms, and related materials. Prepare reports and statistical/financial data related to activities. Provide operational information to the manager. Answer phones, greet visitors, provide information, and handle office mail and correspondence. Perform cash management and accountability duties, including completing NAF reports and depositing cash receipts. Maintain time and attendance records. Perform other related duties as required.
