Job Description:
This role involves overseeing the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) aspects of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the HSE management system, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
The HSE Manager will also coordinate training activities, lead site emergency response teams, and prepare reports on HSE performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of OSHA construction regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:
* Support and monitor the implementation of the HSE management system
* Conduct job hazard analyses and participate in job safety analyses
* Verify the adequacy of the site HSE plan and procedures
* Update HSE documentation as necessary
* Check subcontractors' adherence to HSE procedures and regulations
* Organize and participate in HSE walk-arounds, inspections, and audits
* Coordinate HSE training activities
* Lead site emergency response teams and fire prevention/fighting teams
* Prepare HSE reports and statistics

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess an undergraduate degree in Construction Management or a relevant Engineering discipline. A minimum of 8 years' experience in construction and oil/gas or petrochemical industries is required, involving heavy construction sites with mechanical, electrical, and piping installation.
You should have knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and lockout requirements, as well as a client-focused approach. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.
