PpWe are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Manager in Altavilla Vicentina (Italy) on a permanent contract, full-time to join our EMEA IT Team. /p h3Infrastructure Operations Manager EMEA /h3 pResponsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure and operations across all EMEA sites. Manages hybrid environments (on premises cloud), networks, end‑user computing, and IT service delivery, while ensuring alignment with corporate policies defined at headquarters. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage, cloud services). /li liOversee networks, endpoint management, security, and business continuity. /li liEnsure compliance with global IT policies (security, network, access), implementing local processes aligned with corporate standards. /li liLead IT operations, SLA compliance, incident/problem/change management, and vendor coordination. /li liDrive IT projects and improvements across the region, ensuring readiness for new deployments or upgrades. /li liLead and mentor a distributed IT team; manage budgets and contracts. /li /ul h3Skills Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 8 years in IT Infrastructure Operations management in an international environment. /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, O365, Intune, Power Platform). /li liExperience with virtualization, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN), and cybersecurity. /li liFamiliarity with ERP environments (Business Central, SAP) and enterprise systems integration. /li liFluent in English.
