You will ensure coherence in weekly production planning using tools like O-TACT and H-TACT, guaranteeing alignment between production, transport, and scheduling to optimize supply landed costs. Use strong documented processes followed meticulously. You should supervise crisis supply coordination during plant shutdowns, planned and unplanned, through alignment meetings, documenting all actions, quantifying economic impacts, discussing with competitors, and aligning customer curtailments with sales when needed. You oversee the execution of TACT initiatives, including X-Border projects, collaborating with Deliver and Production, monitoring savings and performance, and managing this through Power Steering, with more than 30 projects running in parallel. You are responsible for coordinating trailer allocation within the region BUs and plants, aligning with EMEA to optimize distribution costs, and coordinating fleet capex centrally. You should supervise contracts with external transport companies, guaranteeing standards and alignment within the region and with EMEA, striving for cross-country synergies and maximizing links with TACT productivity generation. You ensure the development and operational implementation of the Bulk Strategic Sourcing strategy through daily negotiations with competitors, strictly following compliance guidelines, and aligning with the Bulk Strategic Sourcing Manager. You will lead the regional Argon strategy within the region and align with other EMEA RBUs for its implementation, maximizing product value and sales to competitors. You will coordinate inter-company transactions within the region and with other RBUs, controlling invoicing of sales and purchases to maximize accounting accuracy, managing monthly cost allocation for FICO, generating annual Shopping Cart and Purchase Orders, and maintaining them throughout the year. You will drive the BU Budget Process, combining TACT results with production, purchase, sale, and transport, providing accurate figures to FICO on time. You will sponsor the Fully Automated Supply Chain for Deliver and Sourcing, aligning with Business Units and departments to automate processes, minimize human errors, and transform waste into value, creating a state-of-the-art, flexible online supply chain. You can effectively collect, interpret, and utilize data, driving digital transformation. What makes you great You bring 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, ideally within the industrial sector, managing teams across different supply chain areas such as scheduling, distribution, or production. Your communication skills in English are excellent for negotiation and managing other European languages. You have a proven track record in analyzing procurement data, quantifying economic impacts, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate cost allocation to support decision-making, demonstrating technical competence and leadership. You are familiar with production and distribution processes, including cost components and logistical bottlenecks, and have software application and reporting skills, with proficiency in supply planning and optimization tools. You adapt easily to new tools and technologies. You can collect, interpret, and use data effectively to drive digital transformation.
