You’re comfortable leading vendor resources, partnering with Store Operations, and diving into new store openings while improving day to day reliability.pbA Day in the Life: /b /ppbYour Key Responsibilities include: /b /ppbOwn store technology delivery operations. /bLeadfeature development and on‑call forbPOS, clienteling, store reporting, and payments /b; run incident/root cause analysis, harden releases, and monitor uptime, authorization success rates, and tender reliability. bLaunch scale new stores and relocations. /bPartner withRetailOps to stage POS devices, payment terminals, and clienteling iPads forbnew store openings /b; ensure configuration, integrations, security, and acceptance tests are complete before doors open. bIntegrate payments clienteling. /bWork with payment and POS partners and clienteling platforms to deliver frictionless checkout and associate workflows, aligning SDKs, APIs, and compliance requirements. bEnable omnichannel store experiences. /bCoordinate with Global OMS and eCommerce teams to supportbBOPIS, ship‑from‑store /b, and remote selling; track store‑level SLAs and inventory price accuracy that underpin these journeys. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for hardware, software, and network services. Participate in strategic planning forretailtechnology evolution and innovation.
