Beauty Advisor
What We Need
We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha and K-18. Travel required to the key Sephora stores in Madrid, with Specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.
Each day at Tatcha and K-18 are different, with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:
* Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
* Generating sell-through via selling and training
* Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
* Maximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events
* Conducting training for all stores in the region
* Performing one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis
* Staffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary
Who You Are

* Able to work 3 Saturdays a month.
* Flexibility to work across multiple store locations and on weekends, evenings, and during promotional events.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years in cosmetics and beauty
* Training and education experience in the beauty industry
* Retail store experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with Sephora
* Training and education experience in skincare
