Now we are looking for a CAD DESIGNER to join our R&D PROTECTORS DEPARTMENT.
Position
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop independently all the phases of product development for what concern the 3d CAD activities: from the brief to the concept, 3d engineering, prototype control, final industrialization of the products;
* Transfer files/information to suppliers and analyze the feasibility and make the relevant changes;
* Engineer new structures to be tested according to target cost /feasibility /performance /out looking /innovation;
* Ensure the 3d file archiving;
* Follow the supplier on the CAD activities to finalize the 3d files.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* At least 5 years’ experience on engineering of plastic parts with CAD 3D – Rhinoceros;
* Knowledge of thermoplastic materials and injection molding;
* Knowledge of technical sportswear industry and technical materials;
* Problem solving skills and proactive attitude;
* Strong interpersonal and team working skills;
* Fluency in English;
* Availability to travel;
* Knowledge of Rhinoceros as main software and Grasshopper
* Knowledge of Catia V5 is a plus;
* Proactive on creating new structures or solution;
* Good skill level in Adobe package (in particular Illustrator).
