A leading international company has commissioned us to look for a MANAGER - FOOD HALL MISSION To ensure the management and proper running of the Food Hall Project, maximizing the value of the property, assuring the best possible return on the investment made by the owner entity. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES - To propose and manage the budget of common expenses in all their variants - technical, marketing and administrative - To determine needs and present investment proposals (for large change or improvement works), in order to exploit the spaces and satisfy the customers' requirements - To prepare and implement the Annual Marketing Plan and Budget, in order to assure the proper planning of actions and deployment of the necessary resources to maximise the Restaurants' sales and achieve the objectives that have been defined for the Food Hall - To coordinate and promote all the Institutional and Public Relations actions of the Food Hall, in order to assure a solid and consistent image and contribute to increasing the Food Hall's notoriety. To be well connected with the territory and with local associations with the aim to promote at local level the project - To manage the service agreements that are necessary for the running of the Food Hall (safety and security, cleaning and maintenance of the premises and equipment) - To manage and ensure the fulfilment of the contracts relating to the utilisation of Restaurant Spaces, as well as to assure the observance of the Food Hall Operating Regulation, meeting the requirements of the different shopkeepers, in order to ensure the best conditions for the business's development - To analyse the evolution of the restaurant sales, for the purpose of recognising the possible chances of replacement and/or entry of new restaurants/concepts PROFILE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Degree in Management / Economics (preferential) - 3 to 5 years previous experience in Retail Buildings with major presence of food business or Large-Scale Retail Trade (supermarkets) - Knowledge of well-developed business and financial analysis with strong customer and business awareness. - Proven experience in managing and motivating external teams - Strong commercial experience - Fluent in English SOFT SKILLS - Strong Communication and Influence skills, with the ability to derive respect from expertise and fair, honest relationships - Demonstrated strong interpersonal management skills - Ability to maintain a productive relationship under all circumstances
