About the job

For a multinational leading company, we are seeking an EMEA Business Integration Analyst to support post‑acquisition integration across multiple countries and business units. This role is central to ensuring alignment with Group standards, enabling operational continuity, and contributing to value creation initiatives. The position combines analytical depth, cross‑functional coordination, and hands‑on execution within a fast‑paced, international environment.

About the role

As an EMEA Business Integration Analyst, you will support the execution of integration plans for newly acquired companies, working closely with central EMEA functions, local management teams, and cluster country stakeholders. You will contribute to financial, operational, and compliance workstreams, ensuring timely reporting, process alignment, and smooth onboarding into Group policies and systems. The role offers strong exposure to senior leadership, M&A processes, and multi‑country operations, requiring a blend of analytical rigor, structured project support, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the deployment of post‑acquisition integration plans across Finance, HR & Legal (incl. GDPR), Risk & Insurance, HSE, and Group Policies.
* Assist in the set‑up of reporting packages, including KPIs, monthly P&L, and variance analysis versus acquisition and management cases.
* Contribute to forecast and budget preparation for newly acquired entities.
* Support working capital monitoring and analysis, including receivables, payables, and inventory trends.
* Perform profitability analysis on products, projects, and business lines as required.
* Assist in reviewing banking relationships and administrative processes within acquired companies.
* Support monthly financial closing reviews with local administration teams or external accountants.
* Review mapping between local trial balances and Group chart of accounts (HFM).
* Contribute to monthly reviews of forecast, budget, cash flow, and working capital performance.
* Support the review of HFM variances related to customer relationships and deferred purchase price accounting versus PPA plans.
* Assist in price adjustment calculations and related transaction activities.
* Prepare materials for key IMO meetings, including monthly updates and global reporting.
* Support the analysis of due diligence reports, preparing risk matrices and identifying remediation actions.
* Contribute to documentation of processes, definitions, and integration standards.

Your Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in consulting (Big Four or top‑tier firms), Internal Audit, or Financial/Business Analysis roles.
* Exposure to post‑integration or M&A processes is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; HFM knowledge is a plus.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
* Hands‑on, structured, and able to balance operational detail with broader business understanding.
* Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
* Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in multinational environments.

What we offer

* A dynamic and international working environment.
* Exposure to senior leadership and high‑impact integration projects.
* Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
* Involvement in both operational and strategic integration activities.
* A competitive compensation and benefits package.
