Position: Electro-Mechanical and Mechatronic Technologist and Technician

Compensation: $60–$110 per hour

Role Responsibilities
Assess and troubleshoot electro-mechanical and mechatronic components, providing detailed technical feedback
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support AI system modeling and data annotation
Document system behavior, performance findings, and test results with clarity and accuracy
Apply industry standards and best practices to support AI training initiatives
Provide insights on system optimization to improve AI learning efficiency
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in written and verbal form
Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality for electro-mechanical AI applications
Requirements
Associate's degree or higher in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field
Strong experience with electro-mechanical systems, robotics, or mechatronic platforms
Strong experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system integration
Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
