Candidates without certifications must obtain one after hiring. /ph3Competencies and Skills /h3ulliKnowledge of internal controls, processes, compliance testing, and assessment principles; /liliUnderstanding of the financial services industry, especially financial advisory networks and IT infrastructure; /liliKnowledge of controls around technology management, including new technologies (Robotics, API, Cloud, Data Loss Prevention, Cybersecurity); /liliExperience in audits related to Change Management, Configuration Release, Service Management, Incident Problem Management, IT Security, Business Continuity, Third-Party Management, Outsourcing; /liliUnderstanding of industry standards, market drivers, business issues, regulations, and developments; /liliAbility to apply data analytics techniques in audits; /liliKnowledge of Italian regulatory frameworks (e.g., Bank of Italy); /liliAnalytical and critical thinking skills; /liliFlexibility and collaborative attitude; /liliEffective communication skills; /liliAbility to build good relationships with colleagues and clients; /liliFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
