Saipem is "One Company" organized into five business lines - Asset Based Services, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, Robotics & Industrialized Solutions.As Project Control Manager, you will respond to the Project Control & Project Risk Management dept. part of the Administration, Finance, Control Line within the responsability of planning, cost control, documentation management and risk management for an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) project in the Oil&Gas; and/or plant engineering sector.TasksCoordination of a team of 4-6 Project Control resources.Development and management of project schedule, including definition of activities, critical paths, project milestones and required resources.Monitoring and controlling project costs, including estimating at completion, forecasting, and variance analysis.Management of project documentation, ensuring its accuracy and availability.Supporting the identification, assessment and management of project risks, developing appropriate mitigation plans and preparation of project progress reports and presentation to key stakeholders.RequirementsMaster or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent disciplinesEnglish level B2 requiredExperience: Previous experience of at least 5 years in Project Control in EPC projects in the Oil&Gas; and/or plant engineering sector.
Previous experience in Italian construction sites is a nice to haveTechnical Skills: project planning and controlIT Skills: Knowledge of Project Control software (Primavera P6, SAP).
LOCATION: Milano HO - availability for national and international mobility is required.
