Mission
* Identify day‐to‐day non‐quality factors, conduct or have other departments conduct in‐depth analyses and monitor quality improvement plans at suppliers.
* Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions.
* Lead quality issue resolution through containment, correction and prevention steps and check effectiveness of suppliers' actions. Train/coach suppliers.
* Conduct process audits at suppliers and launch improvement action plans to help them develop their quality performance.
* Follow and act as per Corporate Schneider Supplier Quality Management (SSQM) guideline.
Key Responsibilities
* Pilot Part/Product Qualification Process and manage Supplier performance at the level of the plant (Outside Group and Inside Group suppliers).
* Manage the sustainability recovery of his plant panel of suppliers.
* Actively apply and is involved in Supplier Qualification Process.
Main Activities
* Pilot the containment, corrective and preventive actions to solve the technical part quality issues of the plant using the 8D methodology.
* Address gaps and noncompliance to the suppliers and check the effectiveness of the supplier actions.
* Manage supplier roadblocks with Supplier and with the support of the Regional Supplier Quality Development (RSQD), Plant Procurement Manager (PPM), Schneider Supplier Leader (SSL), when needed (Plant Supman/Quality review meeting).
* Pilot the qualification of the part through the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) within the Optimize process.
* Participate actively to the APQP/PPAP with Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) specifically during the responsibility transfer hand‐over.
* Support Incoming Inspection activities defining critical suppliers/products/characteristics to be monitored.
* Monitor supplier quality performance at the plant level, report it and manage most impacting Quality Suppliers actions (Plant Supman/Quality review meeting).
* Lead 8D (PRB evaluation), Temporary Quality Wall implementation.
* Contribute with RSQD to SE Process audit, pFMEA evaluation.
* Manage the Supplier Qualification status and SE property tool status in a partnership with Tooling & Technology experts.
* Lead the End‐to‐End PPAP flow, ensuring PSW signed before mass production.
* Manage Suppliers derogations in Supplier Process Change Notification (SPCN) animation when plant is impacted.
* Be the Data‐Owner of Quality Domain (QCO) managing all data (creation, update and deletion) to support the Quality Processes on the several used tools (SAP and any Domain/local tools), when applicable.
Qualifications and Skills
* Full proficiency in Italian and English.
* Ability to work effectively in a complex and structured environment, managing interactions within a matrix organization.
* Strong negotiation skills and proven capability to interact and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met.
* Solid knowledge and hands‐on experience with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
* Experience in claim management, including handling non‐conformities and coordinating corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
* Familiarity with problem‐solving methodologies, such as 8D, and risk analysis tools, including FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
