One of the most important, value‑added aspects of your role will be acting as a consultant, or, as a bridge between Management and frontline team members. So your mission, should you choose to accept it: implement all‑important initiatives to drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and healthy communications. /p h3Key Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liProactive gathering of data from appropriate sources /li liIn‑depth root cause analysis /li liConsistent reference to long‑term plans and goals /li liFollowed up by decisive and confident action /li liDevelop and maintain a healthy relationship with works councils /li liCoach and mentor leaders from across Fulfilment Center teams /li liMaintain an emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices, to be shared with other Fulfilment Center teams, as well as with Amazon’s Finance and Payroll departments /li liDevelop innovative, user‑friendly shift models alongside creative, flexible working time models /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of HR work within an international, fast‑paced, and customer‑driven environment /li liKnowledge of local labour law /li liExperience in HR within an international, fast‑paced and customer‑driven environment /li liExperience in a call centre, distribution centre, or manufacturing environment /li liExperience supporting hourly employee client group /li liExperience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems /li liBachelor’s degree or equivalent /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Human Resources Management /li liExperience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates /li liExperience managing and leading employees /li /ul h3Acknowledgement of Country /h3 pIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
