Candidates must be able to operate independently and exemplify a strong passion and motivation for technical troubleshooting.Help Desk ResponsibilitiesProvides Level 2 and Level 3 support to resolve complex user issues, escalates unresolved problems, and delivers advanced troubleshooting for hardware and software.
