OpportunityWe are looking for an HR Junior – Reporting & Digital Processes.The objective of the position is to support the HR function in the development, management, and consolidation of digital HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, reliable HR reporting, system integration, and operational support for HR administrative activities. The role is data-driven, process-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement through digital tools and systems.
Your responsibilities will be:HR Reporting & Data ManagementPreparation and regular update of HR reports (headcount, turnover, absences, labor costs, HR KPIs).Collection, normalization, and validation of HR data from multiple systems.Support in the development of HR dashboards and management indicators.Ensuring data quality, consistency, and GDPR compliance.
HR Systems & Digital ProcessesSupport in the development and maintenance of cross-functional HR processes within HR systems.Collaboration on digital workflows (onboarding, MBO, leave management, business travel, expense reports).Support in system testing and first-level troubleshooting activities.Drafting of process documentation and user manuals.
Personnel Administration & PayrollSupport to HR administrative activities.Preparation of payroll-related data (employee master data, contractual changes, variable compensation).Support in payroll reconciliation checks and main pay components.Application of basic labor law and contractual principles.
To be successful in this role you'll need to have:Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, Human Resources, or a specific ITS qualification.Strong Excel skills, familiarity with HRIS and reporting tools, and basic knowledge of payroll processes and labor law.High interest in digitalization and data analysis, with an analytical, structured, and process-oriented mindset.Precision, reliability, good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and strong willingness to learn.Fluency in Italian and English
Nice to have:Previous experience or internship in HR, reporting, administration, or digital HR processesTraining or knowledge in HR Analytics and/or Digital HR will be considered a plusExperience with HR dashboards, HR analytics tools, or process automation initiatives
