Job Purpose Reporting to the Head of Corporate Security, the Asset Protection Business Analyst will develop and implement reporting and analysis for the Asset Protection Department within Group Corporate Security. The role requires an analytical leader with a strong background in risk analysis, profit and loss management, shrinkage calculation, fraud patterns, and process improvement. Responsibilities Analyze point of sale transactional data to identify patterns, trends, and exceptions for investigation of fraudulent activity. Enhance data mining, monitoring, and analytics to improve strategies. Support investigations using available resources and technologies. Perform retail audits and generate reports on trends, KPIs, and team performance. Support special projects and additional duties as assigned. Create presentation data for executive management. Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and Inventory teams. Collaborate with law enforcement and retail partners to develop predictive analyses and solutions. Participate in benchmarking surveys and analyze data to inform strategic priorities. Take initiative and demonstrate resourcefulness and entrepreneurship. Knowledge and Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Security. Proficient in English (written and spoken). Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power BI, PowerPoint). Minimum 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience. Experience in developing business cases for management. Strong financial and business acumen. Hands-on problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Resilient and adaptable. Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
