3. Role / Position Overview:
The Tender Office Officer – Technical and Design Area will be placed within the Tender Office and will handle the technical-administrative management of public and private tenders. The role will collaborate with the Technical Office and the Commercial Area for the preparation of technical and design documentation, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and contributing to the competitiveness of the offer.
4. Main Responsibilities:
* Preparation of the technical project report to be included in the tender documentation in collaboration with the rest of the team
* Analysis of tender notices, specifications, and technical contracts
* Collection and preparation of technical documentation for participation in tenders
* Site inspections of areas subject to tenders
* Collaboration with the technical department in drafting technical and design offers, layouts, illustrative reports, and technical documents
* Coordination with suppliers and technical partners for the collection of certifications and compliance documents
* Verification of the technical compliance of the proposed products with the tender requirements
5. Required qualifications
* Technical diploma or degree in related disciplines.
* Experience gained in the tender office or in technical-commercial roles in companies or design firms.
* Excellent command of the Office suite and CAD software.
* Precision, organizational skills, and respect for deadlines.
