LARN S.r.l., an Italian CDMO specialized in the development and manufacturing of food supplements and nutraceutical products, is looking for an Industrial Operations & Digital Transformation Project Manager to join its team in Serravalle Scrivia, Italy.
Role The role will support the company’s industrial development, with a focus on production planning, industrial KPIs, ERP/MES implementation, maintenance planning, AI-based process improvement and site expansion projects.
This is not a daily production supervision role. The selected candidate will work on methods, systems, data, planning models and cross-functional project management, supporting Production, Quality, R&D;, Purchasing and Management.
Main responsibilities
- Updating the production planning model and connecting it with purchasing requirements;
- defining industrial KPIs and structured reporting methods;
- supporting the analysis and implementation of MES solutions;
- setting up a preventive maintenance model, starting from the existing ISO-based maintenance plan;
- supporting the evaluation and selection of new machinery, equipment and industrial systems;
- coordinating project management activities related to the expansion and qualification of the production site;
- acting as key user for the production and warehouse areas of the new ERP system currently being implemented;
- promoting the structured use of AI and digital tools to improve planning, monitoring, knowledge management and operational decision-making.
Required profile We are looking for a structured and analytical profile, ideally with a background in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
- The ideal candidate has experience or strong interest in industrial organization, production planning, KPI systems, ERP/MES projects, Lean Manufacturing, maintenance planning and data-driven operations.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as nutraceuticals, food supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical devices or food production will be considered a plus.
Location The role requires regular presence at the production site in Serravalle Scrivia, Alessandria .
