To support the growth of this ambitious project, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced and expanding team. /ppbr/ppstrongMain duties and responsibilities: /strong /pulliMonitor warehouse stock levels and ensure timely product restocking; /liliOrganize shelving and optimize the handling, preparation, and movement of goods; setting up spaces and shelving, improving the general layout of the warehouse to optimise product picking, preparing incoming and outgoing orders. /liliManage daily outbound shipments, collaborate with couriers and freight forwarders, and act as the main point of contact for all logistics partners, continuously working to improve delivery costs and timelines; /liliTrack shipped orders and manage return processes; coordinate with the sales team to follow up on in-progress or partially fulfilled orders; /liliHandle incoming supplier orders, verify deliveries and packing slips; oversee customer returns, restocking, and coordinate with the finance team to process refunds; /liliUse order management and inventory systems daily, including regular use of barcode scanning tools; /liliIdentify and propose improvements to the overall logistics workflow, including storage, picking, and shipping procedures; /liliPrepare KPI reports to monitor performance; /liliCollaborate closely with the Purchasing, Customer Care, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of goods, order updates, and refund processing. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongMain skills and competencies required: /strong /pulliMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably as a coordinator; /liliStrong values of integrity and ethical conduct; /liliStrong communication skills both written and verbal; /liliExcellent interpersonal skills; /liliBe confident in the daily use of IT programme and Microsoft suite; /liliBe a team player and have a pro-active approach; /liliBe able to perform in a dynamic work environment; /liliProficiency in English and Italian; /liliExperience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and shipping tools (e.g., ShippyPro), as well as a background in e-commerce or digital retail environments, is a strong plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWe offer: /strong /pulliLearning development training; /liliWell-being activities (Yoga classes, get together activities, etc.); /liliCompetitive salary offer. /li /ulpFurther details will be provided during the job interview. /p
