Position Overview :
We are seeking a Technology Architect to join the IT department, reporting to the Head of Infrastructure and Security. This role involves managing new IT initiatives related to cloud, network, security, databases, and collaboration tools. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic projects aligned with the company's goals, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting key KPIs to enhance the online customer experience.
Main Responsibilities :
* Define IT solutions to meet business needs, including cost estimation, effort, and project timelines.
* Lead the development of project plans, process flow diagrams, use cases, and project progress.
* Monitor and measure project activities to identify potential issues, risks, or problems, and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure successful project implementation by managing timelines, scope, budgets, communication, quality, issues, and risks.
* Coordinate activities with outsourcers and system integrators.
* Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience and training.
* Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
* Have excellent knowledge of Amazon Web Services and its accounting model.
* Have good knowledge of at least one other cloud provider such as Azure, Google Cloud, or Salesforce.
* Possess good knowledge of IT security and IP network technologies.
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills for supporting Priority 1 incidents.
* Be fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
