Solution architect

TXT Novigo, leader in IT services for the financial market and is part of the TXT group. Solution architect: TXT Novigo, leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT group, is looking for a SOLUTION ARCHITECT for expansion and strengthening of the staff of the Brescia office. The sought-after figure will be responsible for designing specific solutions to the requests and needs of the company and customers, testing and integrating the most suitable and innovative software systems. Main Responsibilities/Activities - Develop high-level proposals and projects with the input of various stakeholders - Coordinate growing technical teams, including UX/UI Design, Front-End development (React/React Native), Back-End and DevOps; - Actively participate in the analysis of requirements and contribute to the design of innovative architectural solutions - Transform project challenges into opportunities for product growth. - Identify customers' business and technical requirements for the implementation of the solutions offered; - Participate in internal business meetings as a technical representative, alongside the Team Leader and the Project Manager; - Take care of the time spent, billable activities and services, alongside the Project Manager; Technical skills required: - Familiarity with Front-End Development Technologies, UX/UI Design, Back-End and Technical Team Management - Understanding the importance of scalability, reliability, backup and disaster recovery in software architectures - Experience in the design of enterprise solutions with a high level of scalability; - Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases: design, implementation, management; - Ability to define high-level estimates for initial planning and detailed estimates; - Knowledge of the English language; - Plus: knowledge of as400, RPG; Interpersonal Skills: - Project management skills - Good communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams - ability to make decisions autonomously within the scope of their responsibility Experience Required: - At least 5 years of experience in technical roles, with progression to project coordination and management responsibilities - Hands-on experience in a dynamic software development environment What we offer: - Internationality: we offer an international context, where the language of the group is English; - Own products: you will be able to work on projects that are always different and with customized products for both external and internal customers; - Flexible working environment: we have flexible working hours and support smart working where possible; - Meal vouchers, medical insurance - Training: Courses and certifications paid for by the company; - Carrier Opportunities Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields Training or certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
