Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office function, Generali Group Academy is looking for a Learning Manager to lead the design and delivery of global training programs. The role focuses on Advanced and AI Training initiatives.
Key responsibilities
* Global Program Management: End-to-end management of large-scale international training programs, from needs analysis to delivery and impact assessment. Collaborate with Group Heads to design Advanced and AI Training initiatives
* Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Manage relationships with top-tier external providers, business schools, and technology partners to ensure high-quality delivery and budget efficiency
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface for internal stakeholders, ensuring global guidelines are effectively adopted at the local level
* Team Coordination: Coordinate external project teams and junior resources to ensure timely execution of the training roadmap
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Academies, or HR Consulting within multinational environments
* Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of adult learning methodologies, instructional design, and the current landscape of Learning Technologies (LMS, LXP, AI tools)
* Digital Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application in a business context
* Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country projects with significant budgets
* Language: Fluent English and Italian is mandatory
